Shipping the package
The order will be sent to the address indicated by the customer. Remember to include a mobile phone and a contact email, as well as any indication about delivery.
The carrier cannot deliver the package to you at a certain time, but we will try to notify you by email when it is in delivery.
The time stipulated for deliveries is indicated in the detail of each form of shipment and will vary depending on the service between 24-48 hours and 2-3 days.
Orders received until 13:00 are issued on the day. Any delay or incident will be communicated to the customer for approval.
The value of the postage will be calculated before the end of the payment and may vary depending on the offer or service applied.

Return of the package
From Socks &Co we must inform you that the socks are classified as intimate clothing, so only the return of the product will be accepted in the event that the garment has a tare or damage.
If you have made a mistake with the size or change your mind, you can send us the product by paying for the size. Once received and reviewed we will pay you the cost of it.
Remember that the product must be in perfect condition and with the original packaging.
