SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT: These general conditions of purchase apply to the sale of all products on our website to consumers who can be delivered order in Europe (Euro Currency). Customers of legal age (+18 years) You are reserved the right to cancel a customer's access account if fraudulent, speculative or bad faith acts are detected in the use of this service.

PURCHASE LIMIT: It is not allowed to make purchases over € 3,000 (Amount allowed by each company according to criteria) for security reasons of the company.

PAYMENT METHOD: Purchases made can be paid for by different payment methods. We have the following payment methods:

- Visa, Mastercard or Amercian express credit card.

- Debit card

- PayPal

- Bank transfer

- Cash on delivery

Suppliers or issuers of means of payment may take anti-fraud measures involving the rejection of certain types of transactions. The company is not responsible for the application of such security policies.

PRICE: The prices of the products that appear detailed, do not include the I.V.A (Value Added Tax), IGIC (Canary Islands General Indirect Tax), or IPSI (Tax on Production, Services and Import in Ceuta and Melilla), as appropriate, discounts, rebates ... The price can vary according to the VATS Established by law.

DELIVERY: The delivery time of orders can vary between 7 days to 14 days, always with a maximum period of 30 working days. (At the discretion of the company)

In the possible event of not receiving the product, you can contact us to proceed with the claim.

- Standard shipping: The customer must pay the transport costs in purchases of less than € 70 in the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands and € 80 in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

- "Express" shipments: the customer must request such shipping and pay the transport costs regardless of the amount of the purchase.

-In the case of shipments to Ceuta and Melilla, the customer must also pay the customs and taxes generated by the order. These expenses are paid at the time the order is received and in no case will be included in the price paid for the products.

-In the case of shipments to the Canary Islands, the customer must also pay the management costs in the Customs that generates the order (10 €) and the AEIM regardless of the amount of the order when appropriate. In addition, for orders with RRP greater than € 250 the customer must pay the corresponding tax. These expenses are paid at the time the order is received and in no case will be included in the price paid for the products.

The product will be sent to the address indicated by the customer, provided that the customer is available at that address, if the customer is absent, the order can be deposited at the offices of the carrier, leaving an informative note at your address.

-EXCHANGES AND RETURNS: The customer has a period of 14 calendar days for the realization of the return. The product or products must keep their original packaging and their purchase invoice, you always get the right of return if the product is in good condition, otherwise, the company is not obliged to return any amount.

The company will refund the corresponding amount (including the shipping costs of the initial delivery, although excluding the management costs at customs of said shipment) without undue delay and, in any case, before 3 calendar days have elapsed since the product has arrived at our facilities.

-GUARANTEE OF THE PRODUCTS PURCHASED: The guarantee offered is the one established in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users. The company will be liable for any lack of conformity that manifests itself within two years of delivery.

The Customer Service will attend and respond to your complaint as soon as possible, and in any case within a maximum period of one month.


The company reserves the right to modify these General Conditions of Purchase at any time. No changes will affect orders that are already in progress.

- FORCE MAJEURE. Compliance by the company with all or part of its obligations will be suspended in the event of untovening or force majeure that prevents or delayed compliance. War, riots, insurrection, social unrest, strikes of any kind and supply problems not attributable to the enterprise shall be regarded as such, in particular, without limiting this list. The company will inform the client of such a fortuitous event or force majeure within seven days of its occurrence. In the event that said suspension extends beyond a period of fifteen days, the customer will then have the possibility of terminating the order in progress and will then proceed to its refund under the conditions provided in point 6 of these General Conditions of Purchase.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION: These General Conditions of Purchase are subject to Spanish law. Without prejudice to the foregoing, the non-resident consumer in Spain also enjoys the protection guaranteed by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where he has his habitual residence. The parties submit, at their option, for the resolution of disputes and waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the client's domicile.
