Shipping the package

All our shipments are free with non-urgent postal transport for shipments in mainland Spain. You have free express transport from 24 € and you can choose pick-up at a post office if you are not normally at the delivery address.

Our urgent shipments are dispatched the same day if the order is placed before 12:00 h and the day after if they are made with Correos.

The order will be sent to the address indicated by the customer. It is important that all data is correct, especially the zip code and the population.

Any error in the data entered can alter the transit time of the shipment.

Remember to include a mobile phone and a contact email, as well as any indication about delivery.

The time stipulated for deliveries is indicated in the detail of each form of shipment and will vary depending on the service chosen. The transit times are those indicated by the carriers, but may vary according to the time of year.

Our carriers do not deliver on weekends or holidays and transit time is calculated in weekdays. The delivery of the package can not be made at a certain time or stripe, but in the account you can consult a link to the tracking of the order. If you do not locate it you can contact us and we will inform you as soon as possible.

Exchanges and returns.

We do not currently offer free shipping on exchanges or returns.

If you have made a mistake in size or change your mind, you can approach one of our stores or contact us before 30 working days, to be able to process the return or exchange.

All products must retain the original packaging and the customer will be in charge of the shipment. Once received and verified, the amount of the same will be refunded less the cost of transport. We are not responsible for the loss of items during their return.
