Sending the package

Our shipments are made through Correos and Envialia with deliveries ranging from 14 hours to 8 days. Shipments to Europe are made with UPS and transit depends on the destination location.

The calculation of the postage is done in the cart before finalizing the purchase. 

All our shipments are free with non-urgent postal transport for shipments in mainland Spain, for shipments over € 18. You have free urgent transport from 24 € 

You can choose to pick up at a post office or Citypack mailboxes if you are not normally at the delivery address.

Our urgent shipments are issued the same day if the order is placed before 12:00 h and the next day if they are made with Correos.

The order will be sent to the address indicated by the customer. It is important that all data is correct, especially the zip code and population.

Any absence or error in the data entered may alter the preparation and transit time of the shipment.

Remember to include a mobile phone and a contact email, as well as any indications about delivery. 

The stipulated time for deliveries indicated in the detail of each shipping form is informative and will vary depending on the service chosen. Transit times are those indicated by carriers, but may vary depending on the time of year. If you need your order by a date and would not be interested in receiving it if it is delayed, please contact us. 

Our carriers do not deliver on weekends or holidays and transit time is calculated on working days. The delivery of the package cannot be made at a certain time or time, but in the account you can consult a link to the tracking of the order. If you do not locate it you can contact us and we will inform you as soon as possible.

 

In case the transport can not deliver the order and it is returned to our warehouse for being absent or not picking up on time, the customer must pay the shipping cost again in order to receive your order. If once the order has been returned to our warehouse, the return of the order is requested, the shipping and return postage will be deducted.

 

Exchanges and returns.

We do not currently offer free shipping on exchanges or returns.

If you have made a mistake in the size or change your mind, you can approach one of our stores or contact us within 30 business days, in order to process the return or exchange.

All products must retain the original packaging and the customer will be responsible for shipping. Once received and checked, the amount of the same will be refunded minus the cost of transport. We are not responsible for the loss of items during their return.

You can make changes and returns in our physical stores in Valencia and Alcoi - Alicante.
